Columbia Dorm at 99 Claremont Avenue is a new student residence on Columbia University’s Morningside Heights campus, combining a landmark masonry building with a new tower addition overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River.

Prestige Lighting supplied lighting fixtures and controls throughout the project, coordinating specification, submittals and delivery across the residential floors, common areas and exterior spaces.
